Can I verify the quality of your products before a purchase?

Yes. You can purchase a maximum of five samples of our fabrics at a time. You will receive a discount to the same value as your samples for your future purchases.

 

Do you make outfits for children?

No. We presently do not make outfits for children.

 

Does the price increase for each detail I add to my garment?

Yes. The price is based on the product you choose and changes depending on the details (e.g. initials, mother of pearl buttons) you desire to add

 

Do you have shops where I can see your products?

No. As for now, LA MILLE e-shop is the exclusive sale channel

How can I save a garment created that I do not want to purchase right away?

All the garments created by users who have logged in to LA MILLE are automatically saved in their carts.

 

How can I track my order?

It is possible to track the shipment from your personal profile or on the courier’s website (you will receive an email with specific instructions regarding the online tracking).

 

Is it possible to edit the shipping address once the order is placed?

To guarantee the best service, all the implementation stages of the order have been automated. For this reason, it is not possible to automatically change the shipping address once the order is placed. If the order has not been shipped yet, you can contact our customer service department and change the shipping address.

 

I forgot my password/user name. Can you help?
